That covers a straightforward like-for-like combi swap. Moving the boiler, system or regular boilers and extra pipework are priced after a free survey. You get a fixed price before any work starts, so what we agree is what you pay.

A gas safety certificate (CP12) is a legal requirement every 12 months for every rented property with gas appliances. We check your appliances, issue the certificate and send it straight over.

How quickly can you fit a new boiler?
Straightforward combi swaps can often go in within a few days of you accepting the quote. Bigger jobs, like moving the boiler or changing the system, usually take a little longer. If you have no heating or hot water right now, tell us when you call and we will prioritise you.
What does the £1,700 cover?
Supply and full fit of a new combi boiler on a like-for-like swap, removal of your old boiler, and warranty registration. Anything beyond a straight swap is priced after a free survey, and you always get a fixed price before we start.
Which boiler brand should I choose?
We are a registered Baxi Works installer and also fit Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal and Navien. We recommend what suits your home and budget, not what earns us the most.
Is the engineer Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We will show you the card when we arrive, and you can check us on the Gas Safe Register any time.
What if something goes wrong after fitting?
Your boiler is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we register for you. If anything is not right with our work, call us and we will come back and put it right.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes. We do yearly gas safety certificates (CP12), servicing and new boilers for landlords and letting agents across the West Midlands, and can book several properties together.
